Terms of Service

Please read all of my terms of service before commissioning me!

  • You must be at least 16 years old to purchase my commissions!

  • Please understand that I am still a university student and suffer from multiple disabilities + disorders. For this reason, commissions will usually take a minimum of 1-2 weeks and maximum of 1 month to complete. If you need a commission done for a specific date, let me know and we can discuss! Thank you for your understanding!

  • Work on your commission will begin after payment! Commissions will be completed in order received.

  • My commissions are for non-commercial, personal use ONLY.

  • I, the artist will retain all legal and artistic rights to the image being commissioned and can use the commissioned image in my galleries as I see fit.

  • I will only work off of visual references. I will not work off of written descriptions of a character.

  • Only payment via PayPal or Ko-Fi will be accepted. Only USD is accepted as payment. Any other currency, including cryptocurrency, will not be accepted.

  • You may not convert my art into NFTs or anything related to NFTs

  • You can receive a full refund if the drawing process has not yet started or unless I, the artist, decide that I can no longer complete the commission. You can also receive a 45% refund if the drawing has gone any further than the sketching process.

  • These rules are subject to change!

  • Anyone caught breaking the TOS will be contacted with a warning message. Depending on the case, the rule-breaker may also be blocked, barred from future artwork related services, have their commission cancelled and/or have their slots revoked. Serious cases will result in the rulebreaker(s) being blocked and blacklisted.

  • Ponies (MLP, etc)

  • Ask for more!

Extra fees will be added for:

  • Extra characters (+50% for first extra character, +25% for each extra character after that)

  • Background (Ex: Scenery outside of just patterns, flat colours, or altered Google images) (+40%)

  • Design aspects (Ex: Creating an outfit for the character) (25-50% depending on complexity)

  • Complex wings (+20%)

  • Complex markings (+20%)

  • Extra heads or limbs (+20%)

  • Other extra body parts (+10%)

Won't draw:

  • NSFW

  • Heavy gore

  • Mecha

  • Racist, LGBT+ phobic, or otherwise bigoted art

  • Celebrities/Public figures

  • Irl people (i.e. friends or family) without written consent

Hihi! I'm Solar/Sol/Ty, and I make funny art sometimes! I mainly post my digital and traditional art.
I am a Canadian artist who mainly focuses on animal and furry artwork. I don't like to limit myself though, and am always looking for new mediums and subjects to experiment with!

I'm a biracial artist, so many of my characters will have traits that I myself have! It makes me happy to see characters with traits we share :]
I'm also a full-time psychology student, so I'm often very tired and busy -w- I'm currently pursuing a BSc in psychology with a focus on developmental psychology.
